Hey everyone, it's Tuesday. So here's my tip. When we're trying to all get on the same page to build a whole school approach or a common approach, it can be really tricky because different people have different ideas of what good performance looks like.

One of the ways that you can positively impact this is to be really, really clear across three key areas: resourcing, routines and response.

When your team knows who gets to decide what and what's negotiable and what's not negotiable across these three areas, so many misunderstandings and frustrations can be avoided. So communicate clearly, collaborate to work on the things that are team driven decisions, but be unwavering in the things that you know need to happen for strong results.
